Description:
The HvCFT Baltasar began its life in Zion and was assigned to Captain Plectrum of the Zionite Eternity faction. Before long, the ship found a new home with Coma Solaris, a descendant of Oriens Veritas and predecessor to Veritas Lucis.
Plectrum's curiosity got the better of him and, going A.W.O.L., took the ship to the surface for some exploration of his own. What happened at this time is unclear, but it is known that many weeks later when Plectrum returned The Machines wished to silence him about what he had seen. After several days of deliberation, Plectrum decided his only chance of escape was re-insertion and formed a peaceful Cypheritic group with another captain, Mesajeri.
Shortly before their two ships were due to dock, the Baltasar was attacked by sentinels and the mangled heap was left for dead. Plectrum received severe injuries in the attack but survived. A gift not given to the ship's doctor and operator. Soon after the attack, Mesajeri brought Plectrum aboard the Wyrd and a successful re-insertion was negotiated.
Several months later a new redpill was recruited to the Onesimus, the last remaining ship in service from the days of Oriens Veritas. Her name was Adicia. Before long, the decision was made to expand and establish a new faction, and Adicia was given the role of captain for the new crew that was to be formed. The only problem was that there was no ship for Adicia to be captain of...
As luck would have it, it was around this time that a garbled distress signal was received over what used to be the Coma Solaris communication channel. The source of the message was pinpointed to the site of HvCft Baltasar's wreckage and with the assistance of two of the faction's former captains, the ship's security system was switched off ready to be towed to 01.
After extensive repairs the ship is once again fit to fly and packs more of a punch than ever. HvCft Baltasar is now the tank of the fleet and among its members boasts First Mate and pilot Targie, and Chief Engineer Xelik.

Targie had been freed from the Matrix sometime after the war had ended along with another Redpill. An accident in the extraction caused him to forget his blue pill name. Shortly after his extraction he joined the Onesimus and follows the goals of the Veritas Lucis because of his love of the sky as a blue pill. Has a level of over confidence and therefore will not back down from a challenge no matter how impossible it may seem, however this can lead to a slightly cocky attitude and can mix him into deadly situations. Though loyal to his goals and his superiors his mind sometimes wanders and can lose concentration rather easily.

Adicia was picked at random by the Zionite extraction team after their initial target refused the redpill. Eager to fulfil their quota for the mission, they looked for the nearest bluepill and found Sarah Lugosi, a reasonably successful B-movie actress.
Sarah had no idea that the world she lived in was no more real than the vampiric dungeons and alien spaceships she acted in but felt threatened by the two leather-clad, gun-toting men and was not even offered the blue pill.
On the day of her awakening, Adicia was keen to get away from her captors and was brought under the wing of Leelia, Zampano, and Ozzin of the Onesimus. After some time on the ship, she was nominated for captaincy and eventually took HvCft Baltasar as her own and set about filling it with eager new redpills.
